- access to a pre-recorded meditation,
- some thought provoking quotes
- a journal page for you to print of and use to record your journey.
Meditation helps to calm your mind, clear your thoughts, and helps you to access solutions and creativity. It can also help you with sleep, anxiety and a whole host of health problems.
There is no compulsory part to this course, everything is optional and at your own time.
